Each of the columns on the page relates to a different aspect of the service, including name, description, service type, contact organization and contact user, and availability, health, risk and policy. You can also configure a custom dashboard to display favorite business services, which appear at the top of the list by default. To configure a dashboard, click the Star icon next to a business service. You can add and remove favorite business services as needed. You can also change the display order of the services on the Business Services page by clicking and dragging. You can also edit the column titles and sort by a custom field. The data on this page is refreshed every 15 minutes. To refresh it sooner, you can use the Actions button and select Refresh Now. You can also set up automatic notifications to alert you when your favorite business services are available or unavailable.
